February Market Update

4075 Market Update 

Since the start of the New Year we have noticed a increase in buyer enquiry, particularly from first home buyers. This has been encouraging especially with the banking royal commission coming to an end and a lot of people a little anxious at the review findings. We had one first home buyer approved within 1 week which was also brilliant considering the difficulties of some approvals last year. I'm not sure about you, but for us over here at Nobel - 2019 has a great feel already and we are anticipating an exciting year ahead. 

Now that the kids have gone back to school we are also seeing parents now having the time to consider selling, buying or renting. We have had a brilliant rental month, leasing properties quickly with the office record this month being 2 days taken to lease a unit in Sherwood. Well done team! Rents are remaining steady and in some instances have achieved a little higher rental than this time last year.
